Is the platform free?

Yes, registration and use of the PPP ONG platform are free for all non-governmental organizations and individual users.

Can I change the platform’s language?

Currently, the platform is available in [available languages]. To change the language, go to the Settings section in your profile and select the desired language from the available options.

Is my data secure on the platform?

If I am part of an NGO, can I post in the Marketplace?

Certainly! You can create a dedicated account for your organization, allowing you to publish multiple projects by following the same steps for each. Until the option to create a special account for NGOs becomes available on the platform, please contact us at contact@transilvaniait.ro to process your request.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues on the platform?

If you experience technical issues, please go to the Contact section and fill out the support form with details about the issue. Our technical support team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Can I collaborate with an NGO if I am not part of an organization?

Yes, the platform allows independent collaborators to join projects, provided that the partnership is approved by the respective organization. Make sure to complete all the required details correctly in the application form.

How can I report inappropriate content or behavior?

If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, go to the specific project or profile page and select the "Report" option. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.

Are there restrictions on the types of projects I can create?

The platform allows a wide variety of project types, but each must adhere to the platform’s terms and conditions. Any project involving inappropriate or illegal content will be removed, and the account may be subject to review.
