These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the online collaborative platform developed under the project "Coalition for Social Dialogue, Employment, and Training" (SMIS code: 306729), funded by the Education and Employment Program (PEO). The platform was developed by the TRANSILVANIA IT Association in partnership with ARIES Transilvania, as part of efforts to enhance the capacity of NGOs to support the labor market through collaboration, training, and social dialogue. The platform is exclusively intended for the 30 selected NGOs to support collaboration, resource sharing, and capacity building for social dialogue and workforce development.
By accessing and using the platform, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any disagreement with these provisions, we recommend discontinuing the use of the platform.

3. Access and Use
3.1. Platform Access: The platform is exclusively for participating NGOs in the project and their designated members. Each organization and member will receive credentials for secure platform access, enabling the use of resources and participation in organized activities.
3.2. Platform Use: Users can access collaboration features, educational resources, training workshops, and participate in online events. The platform’s purpose is to facilitate information sharing, social dialogue, and skill development among participating NGOs.
3.3. Virtual Community: The platform is a collaborative space encouraging users to share resources, collaborate, and actively participate in discussions. Any abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to access suspension.
4. Available Services and Resources
4.1. Professional Training and Skills Development: The platform provides access to courses and workshops aimed at enhancing NGO competencies, especially in areas related to social dialogue, employment, digitalization, and sustainability. The courses are customized to meet each NGO’s needs, focusing on future skill development.
4.2. Educational and Digital Resources: Users have free access to a variety of resources, including multimedia materials, documentation, guides, best practices, and digital tools to support NGO activities and digitalization efforts.
4.3. Events and Networking: The platform periodically organizes online events, networking sessions, and webinars to promote social dialogue and collaboration among NGOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders involved in employment and sustainable development.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. User Rights: Users have the right to access available resources, participate in events, and use the platform to effectively collaborate and communicate with other participating NGOs.
5.2. Users' Obligations: Users must use the platform solely for purposes aligned with the project’s objectives and adhere to the established code of conduct. Unauthorized sharing of resources, accessing other users' accounts, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in access suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Intellectual Property Rights: All materials, educational resources, and digital tools on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights and used exclusively within the project. Any use beyond the project’s scope is prohibited without prior consent from the TRANSYLVANIA IT Association.
6.2. Usage Restrictions: Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use materials available on the platform outside activities directly related to the project.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1. Processing of Personal Data: TRANSYLVANIA IT Association collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is collected for providing access to the platform, monitoring progress within the project, and facilitating communication between NGOs.
7.2. Users' Rights: Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete the collected personal data and request restriction of its processing. More details about the Privacy Policy are available on the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Presented Information: All information and resources available on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or contractual obligations. TRANSYLVANIA IT Association makes every effort to provide correct and up-to-date information but does not guarantee that it will be free from errors or omissions.

Service Availability: TRANSYLVANIA IT Association does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from temporary unavailability of services.
