These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the collaborative online platform developed as part of the project “Coalition for Social Dialogue, Employment, and Training” (SMIS code: 306729), funded through the Education and Employment Program (PEO). The platform was developed by the TRANSILVANIA IT Association, in partnership with ARIES Transilvania, as part of efforts to enhance the capacity of NGOs to support the labor market through collaboration, training, and social dialogue. The platform is intended exclusively for the 30 selected NGOs to foster collaboration, resource sharing, and organizational capacity building in social dialogue and employment.
By accessing and using the platform, users express their agreement with these Terms and Conditions. If there is no agreement with these provisions, we recommend discontinuing platform use.

3. Access and Use
3.1. Platform Access: The platform is exclusively for NGOs participating in the project and their designated members. Each organization and member will receive credentials for secure platform access, enabling resource use and participation in organized activities.
3.2. Platform Usage: Users can access collaboration features, educational resources, training workshops, and online events. The platform’s purpose is to facilitate information exchange, social dialogue, and skill development for participating NGOs.
3.3. Virtual Community: The platform is a collaborative space where users are encouraged to share resources, collaborate, and actively contribute to discussions. Any abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to access suspension.
4. Available Services and Resources
4.1. Professional Training and Skill Development: The platform includes access to courses and workshops designed to enhance NGOs' skills, especially in social dialogue, employment, digitalization, and sustainability. Courses are customized to meet each NGO’s needs, aiming to contribute to future skill development.
4.2. Educational and Digital Resources: Users have free access to various resources, including multimedia materials, documentation, guides, best practices, and digital tools to support NGOs' activities and digitalization.
4.3. Events and Networking: The platform periodically organizes online events, networking sessions, and webinars that promote social dialogue and collaboration between NGOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders in employment and sustainable development.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. User Rights: Users have the right to access available resources, participate in events, and use the platform to collaborate and communicate effectively with other participating NGOs.
5.2. User Obligations: Users must use the platform solely for purposes compatible with the project objectives and comply with established conduct rules. Unauthorized sharing of resources, accessing other users’ accounts, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited and may lead to access suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Intellectual Property Rights: All materials, educational resources, and digital tools available on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights and are used exclusively within the project. Any use outside the project’s purpose is prohibited without prior approval from the TRANSILVANIA IT Association.
6.2. Usage Restrictions: Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use the materials available on the platform outside the activities directly related to the project.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Personal Data Processing: TRANSILVANIA IT Association collects and processes users’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is collected for the purpose of providing platform access, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication between NGOs.
7.2. User Rights: Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete collected personal data and request processing restrictions. More details about the Privacy Policy are available on the website.
8. Liability Limitation
8.1. Information Provided: All information and resources available on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or contractual obligations. TRANSILVANIA IT Association makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee that it will be error-free or without omissions.
8.2. Service Availability: TRANSILVANIA IT Association does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary service unavailability. Technical issues beyond the Association’s direct control will not incur liability.

TRANSILVANIA IT Association reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect legislative changes, project requirements, or platform functionality updates. TRANSILVANIA IT Association reserves the right to suspend or close platform access for users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who conduct activities contrary to the project’s purpose.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Romanian law. Any disputes arising from platform use will be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
