  • Main Objectives

    The main objective of the project is to modernize and strengthen the capacity of at least 30 NGOs active in the labor market field from 13 counties in Romania. It aims to provide resources, training, and technical assistance for these NGOs to become essential players in assessing and anticipating skills needs in the labor market.

    By implementing a collaborative platform, training specialists, and developing sustainable partnerships, the project aims to improve the capacity of NGOs to support the matching of labor supply and demand and to facilitate transitions and professional mobility.

  • Activities and Results

    A1 - Improving NGO Capacity and Digitalization
    Activities: Developing an online 'One Stop Shop' platform for the digitalization of NGOs, which will include tools such as CRM, integrated ERP, Task Manager, and E-learning. The platform will become a resource center for gender equality, non-discrimination, accessibility, and sustainable development.
    Results:

    • 1 functional digital platform.

    • 30 supported and digitized NGOs.

    A2 - Developing and Implementing Partnerships for Employment and Training
    Activities: Creating and maintaining a sustainable partnership with a minimum of 30 organizations, both nationally and internationally. Organizing debate sessions, workshops, and conferences to promote civic dialogue and employment.
    Results:

    • 30 established partnerships.

    • 1 network/coalition for employment and training created.

    • 10 networking events organized.

    A3 - Training, Evaluation, and Certification of Training Results
    Activities: Organizing training programs for 70 NGO specialists, including digital skills courses, vocational counseling, train-the-trainer programs, and other relevant areas. Evaluating and certifying participants' competencies.
    Results:

    • 70 trained and certified individuals.

    • 4 training programs certified according to OG 129/2000.

    A4 - Identification and Selection of Target Group
    Activities: Selecting and monitoring the target group according to eligibility criteria. Ensuring access of the target group to the resources and services developed within the project.
    Results:

    • 30 NGOs and 70 selected and monitored individuals.

    • Continuous monitoring of the target group documented and reported.
