The event brought together representatives of NGOs, experts from the HR working group, as well as other relevant stakeholders, including AJOFM and the School Inspectorate. Discussions were focused on the future of the labor market, the skills needed to adapt to changes in this field and the importance of social dialogue. Participants had the opportunity to explore new perspectives and collaborate to build a more inclusive and sustainable labor market.

The event brought together NGOs and other interested stakeholders, being a first step in creating a community of social dialogue on the topic of the future of work and the skills needed for a sustainable labor market.
